Debra Sanborn is a doctoral candidate in education at has a Ph.D in Education from Iowa State University and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication studies from the University of Northern Iowa. She is a student affairs administrator at Iowa State and teaches first-year seminar and leadership development courses. Her research interests include the utilization of psychological type to enhance student retention and social media for student engagement.
